Page 35 of Kirby: Behind the Scenes 3: Chronicles of Darkness. Derin pays for his and his friends' meals and they leave as Phil tells them thanks and to come again. He then sees 0's Retina Bomb coming at him and the Retina Bomb blows up his restaurant, Derin and the others fortunately escaping the same fate. Waddle Dee Sr. notices that Phil's restaurant was blow up and Phil was killed in the blast along with the others in the restaurant. Meanwhile, back at the castle, a character named Valerie hears the explosion and a character named Aldilth says that she hopes the noise didn't wake up the kids (Dedede, Waddle Dee Jr., Cloud, Raven and Knuckle Joe).
Queen Diantia, Dedede's mother, comes in and tells the other girls that Phil's restaurant was blown up. Valerie expresses her concern but before she can finish, Darla gets a phone call from Waddle Dee Sr. and he tells them that he and the other guys are fine and that they left before Phil's restaurant was destroyed. Darla is relieved and Waddle Dee Sr. tells her that some strange creatures have appeared in town and he tells them that he and the other guys are going to fight them off.
He tells her that they appreciate if they want to come help but he askes them to stay and protect the children as nothing is strong than a mother's instinct and Aldilth agrees with him. Darla tells him to be careful and he says he will. Brutus puts on his helmet and mask and says now that easing the girls' concern is done that he and the others should give the invaders a greeting.
Valerie is Cloud and Kirby's mother and Aldilth is Raven and Meta Knight's mother. Queen Diantia makes her first physical appearance in the series. Darla doesn't wear her apron like she does 20 years later and Serena wears a different dress and she doesn't wear her hairs with buns yet.
Edit 3/4/15: In the second panel, Phil says "Thank you, come again". This is a obvious reference to Apu Nahaspeemapetilon from The Simpsons.
