Page 43 of Kirby: Behind the Scenes 2: Drawcia's Return and Revenge. Dedede leaves after Waddle Doo chews him out and then Waddle Dee pops in, demanding to get back to him but Waddle Doo gets annoyed with him and kicks his bubble. Damzoph wonders what is going and attempts to attack Waddle Doo but he jumps out of the way and tells him not to interrupt as he then blasts the tip of the stone pillar to send it flying into Damozoph's face. However, this angers the Drakon and he attacks Waddle Doo with his fire breath once more.
Meanwhile on the south end of the castle, Vincent gets up from Rachel's assault and rips off his cloak, revealing his wing blades once again. Waddle Dee remembers them, as they the same ones that gave him his second scar. Vincent says that Waddle Dee and Rachel are going to pay for their assault on him while calling them goons of the king (Dedede). Waddle Dee takes offense to being called a goon and says that he is Dedede's henchman, at the same time Rachel takes off her ribbon for some reason. Vincent doesn't think Waddle Dee is Dedede's henchman and calls him shorty while Waddle Dee charges in to battle the Drakon.
The scene where Vincent rips off his cloak is a reference to the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, specifically the boss Argorok when it breaks off it's armor for the second phase of it's boss battle.
